In order to satisfy the requirements of our customers for the fast delivery to their door of the ordered appliances, we work with leading courier companies on the Bulgarian market.
Delivery of purchased goods
The term for the delivery of the ordered goods for which payment has been received (with the exception of the cases in which the “Cash on delivery” payment method is selected) to the address specified by the User is from 24 hours to 5 working days, after receiving confirmation of the order, and the deadline can be extended on public holidays and/or weekends, with the duration of non-working days. In all cases, a delay in the specified delivery terms is possible, for which the User should be promptly notified by Vemag.bg.
The delivery of a product, which at the time of the order is not available on Vemag.bg, for which payment has been received (with the exception of cases where the “Cash on delivery” payment method is selected), to the address specified by the user, is from 24 hours to 14 working days, after receiving confirmation of the order, and the period can be extended on public holidays and/or weekends, with the period of non-working days. In all cases, a delay in the specified delivery terms is possible, for which the user should be promptly notified by Vemag.bg.
The delivery of the ordered goods is carried out in the way chosen by the User and according to the specified terms. Vemag.bg reserves the right to extend the specified terms by up to 7 (seven) days without informing the Users in advance, and to extend the terms by more than 7 (seven) days with the prior consent of the User who requested the delivery.
The price for delivery of the ordered goods is according to our general conditions.
Vemag.bg may request additional confirmation from the User for the order placed, including by phone, e-mail. In the event that the User refuses to provide the information requested by Vemag.bg, the refusal to provide it leads to the automatic cancellation of the order with or without additional notification to the User.
“Victor Electric Plus” Ltd. has no obligation to assemble or install the delivered goods, unless this is explicitly mentioned.
Delivery of purchased goods from “Victor Electric Plus” OOD takes place until:
1. Entrance of a residential or office building to which there is a passable road;
2. Door to a yard, for houses with a yard or next to the door of a house, for houses without a yard, to which there is a passable road;
Vemag.bg is not responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond Vemag.bg’s control, such as delays on the part of the courier making the delivery.
Upon delivery, the goods should be carefully inspected by the User and/or a person authorized by him. In the event of external visible defects – possible damages, impacts and other damages detected during delivery, the User should sign a damage report in the presence of the courier, in which he describes the detected defects and immediately notify Vemag.bg by phone 070050508.
Upon acceptance of the delivery by the User without comments, all and any subsequent claims for external visible defects of the goods received are unfounded and as such should not be satisfied. In the event that a damage report is not drawn up and signed in the presence of the courier upon receipt of the goods and/or the User does not immediately notify Vemag.bg on phone 070050508, the same loses the right to bring the detected external visible defects in accordance with the contract for the sale.
If an incorrect or incorrect address, contact person and/or phone number are specified when submitting the request, Vemag.bg is not responsible for inaccurate execution of the order as a result of incorrect information submitted by the User.
When handing over the goods (except in cases of delivery of goods on payment), the User or a third party previously indicated by him must sign the accompanying documents. A third party is any person who is not the holder of the application, but accepts the goods upon delivery to the delivery address specified by the User.
In the event that the User is not found within the deadline for delivery to the address specified by him and/or access to the delivery address is not provided, Vemag.bg is released from its obligation to deliver the requested goods and the User loses the opportunity to order the goods goods to

be delivered to him.
When the delivered goods clearly do not correspond to those requested for purchase by the User, and this can be established during a simple inspection of the delivered goods, the User has the right within 48 hours to request that the delivered goods be replaced with a product corresponding to the purchase application made by him goods by notifying Vemag.bg of such a request at 070050508 or by email: sales@vemag.bg.
Vemag.bg reserves the right to choose / change the subcontractor performing the delivery, without being obliged to inform the User in advance, as long as this does not reflect the method and term of delivery.
Vemag.bg makes deliveries through a subcontractor/s only on the territory of Bulgaria.
Cancellation of purchased goods
The User has the right to withdraw from the distance contract or the off-premises contract, without giving a reason, without paying compensation or penalty, within 14 days from the date on which the User or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by him, took possession of the goods, or the date on which the User or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by him, took possession of the last goods, in the case of a contract according to which you order many goods with one order.
When ordering goods that are not available at Vemag.bg at the time of the order, the user has the right to withdraw from the contract at a distance or from the contract outside the commercial premises, without giving a reason, without paying compensation or a penalty, within a period of 14 days, counting from the date on which the User or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by him took possession of the goods or the date on which the User or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by him took possession of the last product, in the case of a contract under which you order many products with one order, according to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the User should notify Vemag.bg of his name, geographic address and, if available, telephone number, fax and e-mail address, and of his decision to withdraw from the contract with an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter, sent by post, fax or e-mail). The user may use the attached standard opt-out form, but this is not mandatory:

The user can also fill out and submit electronically the standard opt-out form or another unambiguous opt-out application on the www.Vemag.bg site, and in case of using this option, Vemag.bg will immediately send on a durable medium or by e-mail a message confirming the receipt of the refusal. In order to comply with the period for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient for the User to send his message regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period for withdrawal from the contract.
In the event that the User withdraws from the contract, Vemag.bg will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs related to a delivery method chosen by the User, other than the cheapest standard method of delivery offered by Vemag.bg), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which the User informs Vemag.bg of his decision to withdraw from the contract.
